The teddy bear arrived very promptly with efficient delivery and good communication about the time. It was in pristine condition, packaged in a steiff box for an extra £3 which I was glad we had ordered it as it protected the bear in the box and made it a bit more special for a present. The outer packaging was damaged in transit but it hadn't affected the steiff box inside. This was our first order and we'd definitely order again.
