I was unable to attend the christening of my great nephew, and chose a bear online which I sent to him in England. I am based in the USA. This was a little nerve wracking as I could not actually see the bear. The process was simple and allowed me to pay from anywhere in the world and have delivery made to where I wanted. This was a great relief.
Because it was a perfect friendly service I could fault it
Service was good but I feel the description of the goods was not as accurate as it could be. For instance the 'Happy' bear was listed in the description as George. The reason for purchasing the bear was because it is a christening present for my new nephew whose name is George. However the bear is lovely and will be given as a present.
