This wonderful miniature Porcelain Tea Set was crafted by the German premium porcelain maker Reutters, exclusively for Steiff. The set consists of ten miniature pieces depicted with images from the legendary, 1903 Lepzig Trade Fair.

The teapot, saucers, milk jug and side plates feature a colour image of 3 bears, with their vintage transport and boxed wares, representing the 1903 Leipzig Spring Fair which was the turning point for Steiff and their latest creation PB 55, who’s inviting head appears on the cups and sugar bowl. Each piece is unchipped and unscratched.
The set comes in its original cardboard, window box with a printed Steiff ‘button in the ear’ logo on the front.

Being established since 1999 in Somersets Cheddar Gorge and County Town of Taunton. The Gorge Bear Co and World of Bears are renowned for being the worlds best and biggest teddy bear cuddly soft toy shop most people will have ever visited.
Don’t be surprised if your breath is taken away as you enter either of these shops. There is something suitable for everyone, from young to old, collectible to cuddly soft toys and something for everyone’s budget.
In general the World of Bears is helpful and efficient, with a great range of lovely bears at a reasonable cost. We had a miscommunication which meant I waited a while for part of my order, but once that was sorted there were no problems. Packaging for overseas shippment could be a little better with more padding inside the box around the bears so they do not get damaged - the last 2 boxes I received have been squashed in one side but thankfully the bears were undamaged.
The comforter was of good quality and came presented in a organza bag which was good as we were giving it as a gift.
