Rosenthal was founded in 1879 (just one year before Steiff) and both are German. Steiff are known for the high quality and classic designs of their fabulous Teddy Bears and plush toys, whilst Rosenthal are known for their technical developments and more contemporary porcelain creations.
Rose is 23cm tall and fully jointed. She has been sewn from a luxuriously soft and dense, curly pale pink mohair, with a darker tone for her wool felt paws, which matches the hue of the thread used for her pretty hand stitched nose. With glossy black eyes and a sheer organza, long tailed ribbon bow, she is the epitome of sophistication and elegance.
Rose is accompanied by a fabulous Rosenthal vase, ideal for a rose bud bloom. It’s architectural design, sleek shape and classic white appearance is stunningly graceful, making them the ideal glamorous pairing.
