Deb Canham began making miniature jointed Teddy Bears and Mice from her kitchen table in 1986, whilst still resident in Devon, U.K. From a humble seedling a magnificent oak grew, and she began to lecture on her favourite subject, not only in the U.K. but in Japan, America and Germany, where she ended up creating some fabulous larger designs for -Teddy Hermann-.During this time, the early 1990s, she also became the premier designer for the acclaimed -Little Gem Company-Her creations have always been fabulously characterful and detailed, fully jointed, handfuls of endearment and charm, that capture your heart.
